Custom designed shutter shelf is built from French antique architectural elements. Circa 1880's. Two sides and back are made from rare arched French shutters, from the Mediterranean area, washed (see below for color), distressed, and waxed. Shelves are made from local southern pine stained to a medium walnut stain.
This is a piece designed by Charles Phillips from French antique architecturals. This piece is great as a bookshelf in a bathroom, in the kitchen, or even a bedroom. It can even be a side table or a place for plants on a covered porch!
